To enter any of CaSB’s minors, students must:
- be in good academic standing (2.0 grade-point average or better).
- have completed Computer Science 31 or Program in Computing 10A with a grade of C or better.
Requests to declare the minor must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com. The e-mail should include your:
- full name.
- UID number.
- request to declare the minor.
- a statement indicating whether you consent to being added to the departmental undergraduate news listerv.
Additional pre-requisite courses may be required to enroll in required minor courses.
At least 20 units applied to a minor program must be unique to the minor (i.e., not double-counting towards any other major or minor program).
Each minor course must be taken for a letter grade, and students must earn a C or better in each course. Students must also have an overall grade-point average of 2.0 or better in the minor. Successful completion of the minor is indicated on the transcript and diploma.
